What this portal keeps about you

What we keep

Brave Banana uses this portal to run your project with you. We keep what you give us: your name, email address and phone number, your business details, the files, screenshots and messages you add, and what we do for you (updates, timelines, quotations and the changes you send us). We keep no payment details.

Signing in with Google

You sign in with your Google account. We read only your name, email address and profile picture from Google. We never see your Google password and we never read your mail or files.

Screenshots and files

Pictures you add are re-saved on your device before they are sent, which removes hidden details such as the place a photo was taken. Your files can be opened only by you and by the people at Brave Banana working on your project. Nobody else, including other clients, can see them.

Who runs this for us

We use a small number of services to run the portal, and they handle your information only for that purpose. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Cookies

We use only the cookies the portal needs to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies. Anonymous page-speed measurements do not use cookies.

Emails

We email you when something needs you, such as a revision round opening or closing soon. You can switch off the other emails under Email settings in the portal. The reminders about a round's deadline are always sent so you do not miss it.

How long we keep it, and your choices

We keep your project information while we work together and for as long afterwards as we need it to support your store. You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Just message us the way you usually do.
